Context
OCEANR is a purpose-driven apparel brand working across sustainable fashion, premium hospitality, and corporate wear.
As the company expanded into new markets, products, and audiences, the brand needed to evolve into a cohesive, scalable brand ecosystem.
Shaping the Brand
At OCEANR, my role grew as the brand did: connecting design, brand, and marketing to create meaningful, purpose-driven experiences.
With a background as a Graphic Designer, I started working on custom apparel collections for luxury hospitality clients. As the company expanded, I took on design leadership, overseeing the brand’s visual identity, and later contributing strategically within the marketing team.
This journey gave me a full view of how brand, product, and marketing come together to support both growth and long-term brand impact.

Visual Brand Creation
As Design Lead, I am responsible for the visual consistency, scalability, and evolution of the brand across all internal and external touchpoints.
I define design systems, templates, and brand standards, ensure brand alignment across B2B, B2C, and global markets, and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.

I oversaw creative direction and developed templates and systems that allowed the design team to deliver high-quality, on-brand solutions consistently. Each collaboration maintained luxury, sustainability, and brand coherence.
